Home / AI Use Policy
How we use AI, and where we don't.
We use AI tools where they make human work better. We don't use them to mass-produce articles.
Where we use AI
- Research support: summarizing public sources we then read and verify
- Outlining alternatives during brief creation
- Quality checks: grammar, readability, broken links, missing citations
- Data analysis of Search Console and citation tracking exports
Where we don't
- Drafting full articles for publication
- Inventing quotes, statistics, examples or author identities
- Publishing large volumes of pages to target keyword variations
- Processing client confidential data in tools that train on inputs
Why this matters
Search engines treat mass-produced, low-value pages as spam regardless of how they were made. Readers can tell, too. Our approach keeps expertise and accountability with named people.
Disclosure
If a client asks us to use AI drafting on a project, we document it in the project brief and follow the client's disclosure policy. Legal review required
